We grind the beans and make drip coffee freshly with each batch of this gelato to make it fragrant and smooth, and added the addictive little crunch of chocolate chips.

Q: Is this very strong in coffee? We make the gelato with freshly made drip coffee to get a pronounced, fragrant coffee taste, which is strong but not harsh and overpowering like instant coffee. If you are extremely sensitive to caffeine, we recommend trying it earlier in the day instead of late night.
