What you'll need...

Matcha powder
Instant coffee

(or your fave black coffee)
Ice cubes
Milk
(or plant-based milk)
XO-ice Mucho Matcha gelato 
...and how much.

 2 - 3 tsp (in 10 cl of cold water)
1 - 2 tsp (in 5 cl of hot water)

As many as you like

And here's how to.

Add 10cl of cold water to matcha powder.
Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Pour 5cl of hot water to instant coffee or prepare your desired dose of your favourite black coffee. Set aside.


To a glass, add some ice, the matcha mixture, 10cl of milk or a plant-based substitute, followed by the coffee.

Top with a generous scoop or two of XO-ice Mucho Matcha gelato.

Pandan coconut latte

...and how much.

 2 tsp (in 35ml of hot water)
1/2 tsp
10 cl or to taste
10 cl or to taste
1 scoop or follow your heart
What you'll need...

Instant coffee (or your fave black coffee)
Brown sugar (optional)
Pandan extract/juice
Coconut milk
XO-ice Coconut Caramel gelato

And here's how to.
Mix well the instant coffee and sugar and hot water.

In a cup, pour in pandan extract/juice, coconut milk and coffee.

Lastly, add in a scoop of coconut caramel gelato and a pandan leaf for garnish if you feel fancy!

GELATO OATMEAL CUP

What you'll need...

Banana 
Oats or oat flour
XO-ice Vanilla gelato

 
And here's how to.

Combine the banana and oats or oat flour in a food processor.

Place the mixture on muffin tray.


Bake for 15mins at 180C!

Add a scoop of vanilla gelato and top with fruits and biscuits of your choice!

And here's how to.

Mix egg, milk and sugar together until combined.

Sift the cake flour into the mixture and mix well.

Place butter in a cast iron skillet and put it in a preheated oven at 210C until the butter is melted.

Remove the cast iron skillet from the oven and fill it with the batter by sifting it in for smoother texture.

Bake for 20mins at 210C, plop in 2 scoops of XO-ice Musang King Durian gelato and DONE!

Serve it with your favourite fruits and toppings.

DUTCH PANCAKE WITH GELATO

What you'll need...

Egg 
Milk
Cake flour (low protein flour)
Sugar
Butter
XO-ice Musang King Durian Gelato
Toppings of your choice

 
...and how much.

And here's how to.

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Pour some batter into a waffle maker for the waffle size of your liking (you can serve them as pancakes too!)

Top it off with generous scoops of XO-ice chocolate gelato, fruits and nuts!

Mango 
Greek yoghurt
Milk
Sugar or sweetener (optional)
XO-ice Mango gelato
Toppings of your choice

And here's how to.
Blend the mango, yogurt and splash of milk together until smooth.

Milk is optional, depending on your preferred thickness.

Serve it with a scoop of XO-ice mango gelato and your favourite toppings.
